Leptomeningeal Metastasis from Carcinoma Breast: A Case of Unknown to Known

Leptomeningeal metastasis is known to occur as an initial presentation in solid tumors. The of meningeal symptoms before the diagnosis primary tumor seen 10-20% cases. Though sophisticated radiological imaging available, Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) analysis for cells remains gold standard method diagnosis. Incidence brain from carcinoma breast about 3-8% only.
 We present a case young female who presented with neurological and misdiagnosed meningitis on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), but later after CSF it was diagnosed metastases breast.
